Education for all Programme Collaboration with Commonwealth Education Fund (CEF)
The Commonwealth Education Fund (CEF) is the only international fund focused solely on supporting advocacy in education. It works strategically with civil society in those Commonwealth countries that are most at risk of missing the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) on education and gender. The work of CEF and its partners is focused on coalition building, budget tracking and increasing access to education for marginalised children. CEF works in 16 countries in Africa and Asia.
Mihikatha Environmental Organization (MEO) is collaborating with the Commonwealth Education Fund to implement the "Education for All" program. This initiative aims to ensure that every individual, regardless of background or circumstances, has access to quality education. With funding and expertise from the Commonwealth Education Fund, MEO worked to remove barriers to education and promote inclusive learning environments.
